Women’s Health Content Writing
I’m guessing you don’t work in women’s health because you’re content with the status quo.
(By NO means).
You’re not here to even the playing field. You’re here to upend the whole system.
And it’s time more people knew what you’re doing and why you’re doing it.
Content that uses a catchy title but doesn’t engage your audience isn't doing its job.
Together, we can create content that moves.
Content that motivates your audience to sign up for your newsletter, share a newfound fact with a friend, or support your mission.
And creating actionable content requires centering relationships. Why?
Because you care—deeply—about the women you’re serving.
And when you take time to translate that care into your content, the sky’s the limit.
If you advocate for women’s health policies, create content that informs your audience. If you notice a gap in women’s health education, craft a post that addresses the big concerns.
Relationships are a two-way street. The more you prove you’re meeting your audience’s needs and listening well, the more they’ll engage.

What makes a good story? Personal stories, your own and from your audience, are the key to creating genuine, lasting connections.
And connecting stories to your solution? That’s the secret sauce. Stories that don’t skirt the issues but show women there’s a new way forward.
I’ll work to tell these stories with the utmost care and respect and generate more awareness (and excitement) for your product or service. Plus you get all the same goodies as you would for a blog post.

By building more relational, relevant, and action-oriented content, you may find:
Your content starts ranking in search results and generating organic traffic (yes, it’s still important).
Your content becomes more accessible and relatable to your ideal audience.
Your content motivates your audience to learn more about your service or mission.
Your content builds genuine connections with the women who need you most.
Your content makes women feel seen, heard, and understood.
Start conversation, build lasting relationships, and move your audience toward your life-changing services.
Bonus? You’ll get more time back to do what you do best: innovate and break down barriers.
You have the power to disrupt the women’s health status quo.
But do you have the content to get there?
Content Writing FAQs
-
Well, two things first come to mind.
In many ways, I’ve walked in your audience’s shoes thanks to my own health journey. So I can honestly say I’ve been there myself and, as a result, I pour empathy into each piece of content I create.
In a world growing more disconnected by the day, I believe community and connection are how we can start changing the narrative about women’s health. The first step? Building relationships. Relationships (re: stories) are central to my work and are at the heart of everything I create. No misleading, sales-y content here, folks.

Great question!
I prefer to work with my clients either by:
Providing a set number of posts/articles per month (often between two and four)
Signing a three or six-month contract (with options to renew) for more in-depth content writing needs
-
Yes, I’ve worked on a retainer basis and provided blog packages to clients.
That said, every client has different content needs and different budgets. I’d recommend filling out my contact form and noting you’re interested in either a blog package and/or a retainer option.
-
Totally fine. I’d recommend filling out my contact form and noting that you’re interested in content creation but still need to figure out what that means for your business. That’s why I’m here!
I’ll follow up with a Google form that asks a few questions to help me learn more about you, your current content, and your goals. Then we’ll go from there.
-
The answer’s yes. And no. To sum it up? It depends.
I’ve written webpage and social copy for current and past clients. But my expertise (and joy) lies in blog posts, storytelling (interviews), and feature-like articles, so that’s what I’m going to prioritize.
-
Here’s what my typical onboarding process looks like:
After you submit my contact form (noticing a theme here?), I’ll send over a Google form with a few questions about your current content and content goals.
We’ll schedule a call to answer any lingering questions and discuss next steps.
Based on our conversation, I’ll send you a proposal* and, once we’ve worked through all the details of said proposal, a contract for each of us to sign so we’re both on the same page.
If you’re looking for a content writer to join an existing crew of freelancers or work alongside an in-house content team, just let me know. I’m happy to talk through what that looks like!

Another great question! You can contact me and I’ll send you my project rates sheet for you to review. I outline what each post or article costs and exactly what you’ll receive.
You can also request to hop on a quick call to discuss your budget and how we can best work together.
-
You can pay via direct deposit (bank transfer) or a debit card. Or check if you like to keep things old school.
I’ll send an invoice at the beginning of each month for content completed the prior month, whether per-post or article, package, or retainer-based.
Payment is due 15 days after invoice receipt. We can also chat about a payment plan and make sure that’s outlined in our contract.
