Women’s Health Content Strategy
What do most of us wish we had more of in the day? Time. What does building an outstanding women’s health content strategy take? Also time.
A strong content strategy can boost your visibility and highlight your expertise. But finding the time to create one—let alone execute it—can be another story.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone!
Let’s create a content strategy that works for you without straining your schedule (or your wallet).
Imagine sitting down with a new friend for coffee.
As the conversation flows, perhaps you reach an “aha” moment.
You found a connection.
A cause you both care about. A life experience you share. A vulnerable moment that endears you to one another. It’s the origin of a lasting friendship.
And the foundation of a good content strategy.
When you approach content strategies as an exercise in relationship building, it removes pressure. It also humanizes your brand, which helps your consumers see you as more authentic and relatable.
Your consumers want to know if you care about what they care about and why they should trust you. The best way to do that?
You got it—a content strategy that ties all the pieces of your story together to create a clear, cohesive message.
A message that allows you to forge new connections and cultivate lasting relationships.

But first, you must figure out your core audience, what they need, and how your solution can meet said needs.
Discovery Conversation
Let’s talk about your goals and what you’d like from a women’s health content strategy. You can choose one, two, or all of the following options. If you’re unsure, let me know, and we’ll walk through which options best fit your current needs.
Audience Research
Sociology student here. Who do you want to reach? How can you best reach them? I’ll help you create personas and define your ideal audience so you know what content can best break through the noise and into their search results.
Keyword Research
Yes, it’s still relevant and helpful, and yes, it can boost your authority online. I’ll help you figure out how to use up-to-date rankings and the best keywords to target in your posts and pages.
Counterpart Research
Otherwise known as ‘competitor’ research, but I prefer counterpart. We’re all in this together, right? You need to know who’s similar to you and who’s different. I’ll do the research to help you figure out how you can stand out and let your authentic personality shine.
Refreshing Old Content
An overlooked goldmine. Let’s see how we can refresh and repurpose your current content, including newsletters, blog posts, and articles, to boost your page ranking and make your content even more valuable for your audience.
P.S. If you want to take this further, tell me you’re interested in a comprehensive content audit. I’ll uncover what’s working and what you might want to improve.
Brand Voice & Tone
Defining your brand voice and tone helps you create consistent content and gives you a better glimpse into the topics and content that will help you connect with your ideal audience.
By implementing a comprehensive, relationship-focused content strategy, you may:
Generate more leads that fit your ideal audience profile.
Retain more of those leads and convert them into lifelong consumers.
Clarify your position in the growing world of women’s health (and femtech) solutions, development, or healthcare.
Raise awareness for key issues like the gender care gap and women’s health equity.
So you want to . . .
Showcase your innovative product or service in a way that stands out?
Maintain a regular flow of timely, engaging content that reaches your ideal audience?
Become the go-to expert in your niche, whether that’s endometriosis, wearable tech, or period poverty?

Content Strategy FAQs

Good question. I prefer to work with my content strategy clients by either:
Providing a one-time, comprehensive content strategy document based on your current needs (e.g., audience research, keyword research—or all of the above)
Signing a retainer contract* for three or six months. For clients who want more in-depth content strategy support, this provides me the most flexibility to respond to your needs in real time.
Do you need a different option? Let’s talk about it.

Depending on which content strategy service you choose (one-time document or more form on my contact page,long-term support), I’ll either get to work or create a proposal as-needed.
Once we’ve worked through all the details of said proposal, a contract for each of us to sign so we’re both on the same page.
